INSTALLATION
------------
System Requirements:
Windows 95/98/
NT 4/5

 > 256 Colour display ( for the best look )

To install CDPlay follow these steps:

	1. Copy the file CDPLAY.EXE into your Windows directory
	(i.e.: C:\WINDOWS) or any other directory of your choice.
	2. Drag the exe	to your desktop to create a new shortcut.
	8. Double-click the new shortcut icon to run CDPlay.

If you have any problems, see the email address at the end of this file
to contact me. Please let me know the configuration of your system.


USING CD PLAYER
---------------

Operation is straightforward even though the interface is a little unusual.


Play	     - 	( Green Arrow ) Plays the CD from track 1. In pause mode, play will resume from
				the current position.

Stop	     -	( Red Square )  Stop playing the CD

Reverse Skip - 	( Green < )	skip to the previous track if you are within 4 seconds of 
				the start of the current track, otherwise it returns to
				the beginning of the current track.


Forward Skip - 	( Green > )	skip to the next track. On the last track, it will skip back
				to the start of the last track.

Pause/Eject  -	( Red Segmented Disk )
				In play mode, clicking the disk will pause/restart play.
				In stop mode, clicking will eject the CD

Repeat	     -	( Red loop )	If this is on ( highlighted ), after the last track, the CD
				will be played again.

Volume	     -  ( Red LED on dial )
				This controls the volume of the CD mixer
				( This is not quite the same as the Speaker volume )

Move	     -  ( Anywhere except above )
				You can move the player by clicking and dragging anywhere that
				is not a control.


FREEWARE
--------
This program is distributed as Freeware. Just two requests: 

	1	Don't sell it to anyone else ( but feel free to give it away )
	2	Include this README with every copy.

Version 1.0 is the first release of this program

Alright, I'll admit it's a basic player, but I think it looks good, and
it gave me a chance to play with some new things ( like non rectangular windows
and C++ Version 6.0 )
